Joy is not always loud or brash, it doesn’t always appear as fireworks or bright colors.
Sometimes it’s simple, found in something that made us laugh in the middle of our grief.
A cup of coffee, a silly video, a sunshine walk, a cozy sweater that feels like a hug.
Sometimes joy is the levity we needed in order to just take a deep breath.

New & Improved Morning Coffee
hear me out: we don't have the money for an espresso machine right now, or to spend $10 on a coffee every time we want one (Which as new parents, is fairly often/always).
but since buying the Nescafe instant espresso powder & having my algorithm get hijacked by creative lattes & iced coffees, I have had the best time getting creative with our morning drinks -- AND we're saving so much money!
say all you want about the instant stuff, but I'm caffeinated
